How much hp would a new exhaust, add to my 2000 1.8t? with GIAC chip
what can i get to add more power without spending too much money?

Expect 10-15hp from a full exhaust. A test pipe alone (with stock exhaust) will give you impressive gains as well for cheap. Other than that the best cheapthing to do is an N75 J or H valve. Dont worry about an intake unless you crave the noise is makes cuz thats pretty muchall youre gunna get out of it.
