I am guessing you have a b6 a4 1.8t in a stick?.... They are both great quiet systems. From what I have heard APR's quality is superior to anything else on the market. I would also add Borla into that small group. I was making the same decision as you and went borla because it was cheaper(and because I have a tiptronic and APR doesnt make a system for tiptronics and milltek's system for a tiptronic doesnt come with a downpipe.) You wont go wrong... but my vote is APR.

Most aftermarket exhausts are built of stainless steel, so as far as quality, they are all about the same. The only differences are ease offitment and sound. Try a youtube search, everyone has their biased oppinions on what they think sounds best (milltek of course ) but it just depends on what youre looking for.

I have the Awe-Tuning one (2002 A4) and I really like it. I run it with the TechTonics Tuning HFC and have no complaints. The installation was a breeze with everything fitting perfectly.

Borla won't give you a ricey sound. it may be a little louder than milltek and APR, but not ricey

ok before anyone spends to much money here... the only differance between the manul and the tiptronic exhaust is on a tiptronic there a little braket that sits on the very end of your down pipe ( that you don't need it wont hurt anything at allI swear ive done it...) Anyways the onlyreason I put a exhaust system is beacuse my flex pipe blow out andI was stuck with a strate pipe system witch sounds like ****... so I went and started pricing them out the the borla comes with the same stuff as APR or milltek... so I got the borla for a 1.8t for a catback system ... witch in turn my cat was restricked so my cat blow out (pissed me off) soI said screw buying some 3-4 hundred dollar cat... so I had a Custom set up i just took my cat back exhaust and cut of the flang and made the rest of the pipe to the turbo so now its a turbo back system... (which in turn I took of beacuseI went with a 3" inch set up... SoI have a 2.5" inch turbo back exhaust for sell if anyone wants it...) and ho my 3" set up is borla to so im not for borla by any means but its cheap and works just a well as anyother system...
