any suggestions on who to get an extended warranty from?

i have a 2001 a4 avant, 69k miles

 

I got mine when I bought the car from the dealer. Usually extended warranties are offered when cars are still under 50k miles. I could be wrong.

 

i got lucky with my 02 1.8t quattro, i purchased an extended warranty from the dealer for $3200 and the car had 65000 miles on it and the warranty goes for 3 years or 36000 additional miles. It covers all things the factory warranty covered minus the small things (switches, and body parts.) the turbo blew one week after i bought it and for a $100 the warranty replaced all i needed and the turbo is still covered i think the total labor and price for the turbo came to $2500 so the warranty is almost paying for itsself and I still have a while left on this baby. if you want you can check with them the company is vehicle one. i will edit the post when i find the phone number.
