As long as my wallet stayed in my pocket for most of those visits, i'm ok. My service advisor said i've had the car in there 23 times since we have owned it.

Depends on what the warranty covers and what the deductable is, and what the reputation of the company is.

I drive high mileage 40K per year, and the only things that have broken on the car (now at 133K miles) since I bought it at 75K are 2 front control arms (cost 120 dollars, they were making noise when I bought the car), and a windshield pump (15 dollars).

The rest have been wear and tear items and maintenance (battery, timing belt/water pump change, brakes and rotors front and rear, vacuum leak x 1, oil changes, fluid changes in the entire drive train, air/cabin filters, spark plugs).

Stuff I haven't fixed is the driver's side heated seat which only works in some areas.

I have not had to fight over anything. My service advisor calls, they pay, all they say is "wow, we have quite a history with this car".
