Have you ever had to implement the SSCRA? I have heard mixed things... I've heard that it only works on cases where the payments are proven to be a financial harship.. and/or a foreclosure/reposession was in store.

Is it really as simple as I'm making it out to be? I've read NAVMC 11494, but I'm still a bit hazey on it's actual application.
