ok so even after i replaced my leaking coolant flange, ITS STILL LEAKING[:@] i guess the o-ring isn't forming a good enough seal, is there anything i can put between the flange and the engine to stop the leaking?

coat the o-ring in blue rtv. but not too thick. get excess coolant out so the rtv doesn't get wet. then stick it in. then put sum rtv around the outside

Default Coolant flange

You just have to replace the flange and the o-ring and clean the sealing surface of the head and it should seal up okay.

Told ya they suck
Don't put any blue RTV on that seal, that seal is designed to turn into a square shape when pushed into the head so adding RTV will make it leak more in the long run.
You just need to use some o-ring assembly lube when installing the ring so it won't pinch. I gaurantee you when you take it out there will be a small knick.

I'm still having problems with mine too. I also replaced both the o-ring and the flange. The only way I was able to slow it down was to cut a slot in the mounting tab of the metal tube that runs from the flange to the upper radiator inlet. It seems that when I was putting that bolt in the metal pipe was flexing that cheap plastic flange and causing it to leak. Once I cut the slot in the tab it allowed the pipe to rest where it wasn't flexing the flange anymore. Might be worth it to check that out.
