Finally got my car:)
Mileage is 96k, and to boot, the car has new tires (as of August) and the whole timing belt service done as well (three weeks ago - I have all records too).
Thanks guys - I'm new to the Audi scene, but I've been in the car scene in general far longer than necessary to know that it was a great price and that I'd be stupid not to buy it. Nice thing is, I can probably do the majority of the mods I plan and still come in right around book price for the car, so that makes it even more appealing
At that price you can supercharge it and still feel like you got a good deal on the package. Just send it right to the auto shop as soon as you buy it, and include it in the overall price of the vehicle!
I've thought about it, and haven't ruled it out. However, for now I'm going to stick to the stuff mentioned above (body, lighting, wheels, suspension, and some interior work) just because I don't feel like doing any more @%$%^$*& engine work for awhile LOL (my Z was a project and a half). I have a feeling though, that once I have the body/wheels/interior set, I'm going to want more "go" to add to the "show". At that point, I'll look into the supercharger and make a decision. Definitely going to be a job that I do myself though - after several mishaps with the 300Z, I got to where I didn't trust shops and started doing all my own work, and now that's pretty much the way I go anyway - besides, it's a point of pride to be able to say that I did most (won't be painting the body kit myself) of the work myself. But in any event, forced induction is down the road a ways if I do it. For now, I want to handle lighting, cosmetics, and suspension/rolling stock. Then I'll see where I stand on boost.

Haha...Sweet deal, I wish I could have gotten mine for that price
