Default finding myself a good shop

I need to get my o2 sensor replaced, and i dont want to go to the dealer because they charge like over 100 an hour. There are tons of shops that ive seen around, but how can i tell which one is actually good? What do you guys usually do in order to find a good shop?

I find a place where I can lay down my tools, and then make sure I can stretch out, also good lighting. Then have at it

Changing the O2 sensor is pretty easy. Willing to try it yourself?
