Bilstein makes award wining springs/shocks and tested at the track for many years.
H&R sports and Einbach pro kit is the best springs I have ever used.

does FK = konis?? if so i'd prolly go with koni coilovers u can get them new for 650$ on ebay ( some guy is selling bulk ) or at a store online for around 850 i belive. depends how much cash u got tho the bilstein + H&R is cheaper and handles extremely nice, prolly wut im gonna go with since im a broke bitch

If you can get koni coilovers for 650... well that is a great deal. If you are able to keep your car lowered all year round, then I'd buy a spring/shock setup though. Coilovers are noisy... clunking all the time. Blah.
