I have the same problem with my audi, and will pull off the trim and have a look at the diversity box.

A quick search on the web doesn't get me any results in terms of spare parts tho. Any ideas where I can buy a new one or do I have to go to my AUDI dealer in the UK?

Or can you buy such things from specialists audio outlets ?

You will have to go to the dealer for a new part, or look for someone who is parting out their car. Alternatively, you can go used from a junk yard.

 

I was experiencing poor reception with my A4.
Every 3 or so seconds there was a hiss/crackle on FM.
I took my battery out - charged it up and tightened the connectors well.
Afterwards the problem was gone!
