FOB question

So I recently bought a 2004 A4 Quattro and it only came with 1 key. I see a few FOB's in the classifieds and was curious to the cost of getting one of those programmed for the car and a key cut? Thanks for any help everyone, lots of great information here.

My dealer was around $110 for the fob and I think $75 to $100 to code it.
