what do you guys think of these pistons and rods for my 01 audi a4 from ecs

i plan on upgrading my turbo along with many other things to try to get my car up to 300 hp.

WEll its JE pistons thats avery good brand to go with probably one of the best and is worth the money to go with, i think you will be very happy to do that to your car and see the improvement that it makes.

I put those in my Supra and its a 8 sec drag car

anyways i was happy and im sure you will also.

 

they are a good brand. are you planing to do the work your self or haveing someone else build it. i would call a local machine shop to see what they say. i am building a small block 350 and my local shop has given me realy good advice on which cam piston crank to use along with a host of other info.

 

if you're gonna have around 300hp I think you'll not gonna need forged pistons very soon. I still have my stock internals.

Talk to TomRitt, he also sells very good and powerfull rods and pistons. I forget the name of the brand but they are good and a lot cheaper than forged.

 

ya if you are going to have 300hp you dont need them. even with 330whp you dont need them
