"has the car been aligned lately?"
how does that effect fuel econamy?????
I suspected you might not know what you're talking about, but this confirms it.

how would a poor alignment NOT affect fuel economy? I think that's a better question for you to ask yourself. think about it, if the car is poorly aligned, there is added rolling resistance. this would equate to loss of fuel mileage.

noob.

You may just need to clean your MAF sensor. is your engine temp gauage working properly, when that sensor goes feul economy goes too.fuel filter?, try running some sea foam throught the engine and gas tank, didwonders on my car.

Yeah driving with windows open would affect it, man I'm happy with my car...

I drive hard, windows always down.. still get 310-320 to the tank, not shabby

Guess thats like 19-20 miles to the gallon, thats kinda crappy.. oh well. I know I could get near 400 if I drove normal[&:]

Our tanks are like, 16 gallons right?

what weight oil is in the engine? tire pressures? what grade fuel is she putting in? has the car been aligned lately? have YOU driven the car, to see if there's an obvious problem that she's missing? (sorry ladies, but on average your gender is notorious for this!)
Well most girls couldn't give a flying **** about cars in the first place. Sure they enjoy looking good and driving something nice but let something mess up on it and they'll be cussing at it and throwing a royal ***** Fit. Therefore, IMO girls don't care about the car they care about looking good while driving. I on the other hand treat my cars like I would a person. I kiss my car at night before bed and I hand wash it almost every saturday (least I did with the eclipse and that's not gonna stop short with my Audi). My hand wash takes about 4 hours minimum. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my car. Everything must be running right there must be NO finger prints on the windows / Ebony trim.

But yea most time girls just to care about cars.

many lasses are doing more on their cars and so they should ( maintenance being the most important ) and should be part of the training when passing the test, as for keeping it clean that's added value at the end of the day,

good maintenance = good MPG also adds value to your car

engine oil is 0w40. Fuel is premium 91 octane. No alignment lately. i drive the car and i don't notice anything. it has good power everything seams fine. The ect sensor was replaced not that long ago. There is no extras in the car at all. Tire pressure good at recommended pressure. Windows are open some times. Well if you can think of anything else let me know
I am going to run some seafoam thought it and clean the mass air flow and i'll check the air filter too.

How many miles on your car. Your oxygen sensor may be on the way out.

I usually get close to 400 miles to a tank on the highway give or take..... you should get your car scanned like others said, maybe you will get a code.
