Default gauge placement

Hey everyone, im wondering if i can get some imput on placement for a boost gauge. I have a turbo timer and boost gauge in one but i dont feel that would really match and go with the car... I would like to keep it looking stock. So im thinking of adding one of the AWE boost gauges but i dont want to put it in or cover the vent. Im thinking of just getting a piller pod. Now i checked to see if i had air bags in my ownder manual but the car is a 99.5 A4 and i dont think they put them in till 2001. Plus in the book it only said i had two front and two side airbags (from the seats).

Is there a way to check to make sure there is not a airbag behind it.

And then im going to get a boost gauge from AWE

If you are patient and can wait then I am modelling a column pod for the B5 chassis right now and it should be ready in a couple of months.

You can see the one I made for the B6 platform at www.podi.ca
