Gauge Pod/Instrument Cluster Retrofit?

I may have a chance to pick up a 2001 B5 instrument cluster, and I'm wondering if I should go for it. Could I retrofit my 98.5 B5 with it? Would I need anything else, or is everything pretty much integrated?

i personally love the pre face lift all red instrument cluster compared to the later one.
