how hard is it to get to the back on the gauges on a 96 my engine light bulb is fried

 

i think you have to pull off the entire dash to get back there, haha my CEL was dissabled by yhe guy that had it before me, i caught him on the spot when i was checking out the car lol.

 

you just pop off the top cover on the steering wheel, unscrew the 2 torx screws, and then disconnect the 3 plugs behind the cluster.

 

thanks man found the screws yea russian i think i had the same problem funny thing is im a dealer and the guy i got it from is a dealer too but i got this for myself so im gonna have some words with this dealership cause they deff disabled the light scumbags

 

just be careful sometimes it can be a PITA to get those plugs back into the back of the dash
