Who needs Vag-Com and gauges?
There's an android app called Torque that works with an obdII bluetooth dongle (which is like $10 and the link is in the first vid) that reads out pretty much any engine parameters you could want from the looks of it. Timing and fuel trims and all that stuff and you can have it all as a realtime readout on cool customizable gauges? That all seems too good to be true but see what you think:
So I had no idea this existed... but is probably the reason I'll finally get a smart phone. Been fighting it a while but this may do it. I imagine having a lot of processor power would be important.
I read that you can log with it too... so who needs Vag-com anymore?
