Default Gear selection now feels clunky after new timing belt?

Just got car back from garage having a new timing belt, tensioner and water pump at 107k. While he was doing it he said it needed a new radiator and also an auxiliary belt tensioner as well so he replaced those also. Before hand everything worked fine but I’ve noticed straight away that the gear selection going is now a bit clunky and makes a little click noise when selecting gears, and I don’t know if I’m being super sensitive and whether it done it before but I never noticed it before and picked up on it straight away when picking my car up? Is this something that could have happened while fitting the new kit or not?
Also when I’ve come home the park I f brake did not come on automatically like it did before it went in the garage, is this something that could have happened at the garage or not?
it’s an Audi A4 2.0 TDI Teknik. Thanks in advance.
