I am puttin in the Borg Warner K04 I'm not sure which model that is. I am doing the FMIC probably 2 weeks later and then TT 225 injectors and the 5 bar fuel regulator. You dont need the intercooler unless you are doing an aggressive file. I am gonna confer with the evoms performance specailist and if they greenlight me Im doing the J-31 file. Im just happy to be finally getting the bigger turo put in. After those mods, It time for coilovers, kit and all the other goodies. Another rung on the ladder gentlemen, another rung on the ladder.

ya when i first started researching pc-16 a lot of people said 5 bar fpr. but then i spoke with a few guys who had gone pc-16 and to a few tuners and they all suggested i get an adjustable fpr. each car is slightly different but most find 3.0~3.4 bar to be the best. most just keep the stock 3 bar fpr and never have any problems but to get every pony you can out of the setup some guys put on adjustable ones. only someBT setups require a 5 bar fpr

what bar fpr you use partly depends on what size injectors you have. K04 kits that are sold, commonly by AWE and Neuspeed require the use of a 5 bar fpr.

so do you ever plan on putting in injectors... whats stock size, like 280cc lol... get that fpr and get some 550's and watch that turbo truly come to life...
hows the stock fuel pump on audi's??? would it be recommended to do a walbro 255, or possibly 190? not too educated on audis stock fuel system.

5 bar fpr walbro 255 fuel pump and 550cc injectors for a k04??? r u kidding me?thats at least gt2871r territory. u guys give the k04 waaay too much credit. pc-16 requires a 3~3.4 bar fpr and 310cc injectors.

This Neuspeed link says that any car with a 1 bar or higher chip should have a 5 bar FPR. I've seen this statement on other websites. are they incorrect?
maybe I'm totally misunderstanding what the FPR does
