Default Giac x-chip w/ Tiptronic

for those of you running the x-chip with your tip, how dose your tip handle the power? (i know it is a pretty aggressive program)
any tranny related issues?

thanks

It will handle it no problem. I accually have a K04 Turbo and GIAC tuning on mine. My care isnt new enough for the X chip but mine is definetly more agresssive becuase of the turbo upgrade.

awetuning.com has tip-chips for 97-01 for 350

I can't speak personally about the tip-chip but check out this article

There have been a few tip tranny's toasting that I know of because of a K04 upgrade. It's pushing the envelope of the tranny, but lots of people have had no problems. The x-chip should be ok - though I know that some tuners definitely advise against the x-chip for a tip tranny.
