OK....i know its been asked dozens of times but here it goes... if the dealership is to scan the ECU for my tune-up.....would they find the GIAC program?? I know that they arent "supposed" to be able to find it if i switch it over to stock setting...but i'm looking for responses from people with experience with it.....anything??

 

They don't know it is their by running the computer on it, but the tech's will know it is installed b/c of the performance upgrade. It doesn't get reported or anything and if you are just doing routine matinence then it won't matter if you have the GIAC chip in or not.. If it was something major, then I would take it out.
