because you have a boost leak.
Its probably not that you are getting too much fuel, but not enough boost for the mix, and the fuel isnt getting combusted enough/properly.
Check the hose that comes out the bottom of the turbo from underneath the car.

easiest way is to get a boost gauge to verify that it is a boost leak.. But do like i said.. Look up from underneath the engine at the hose that comes out the bottom of the turbo, they are known to come lose. I caught mine in time-it was very losley clamped on.. Some have had theirs blow completely off. If it is a leak, it could be leaking from a number of places, but the hissing and other symptoms you are having suggest a big leak.. So start out looking carefuly at the big hoses to make sure they are on and clamped tight.. Just check over everything carefully. If you need more info on boost leaks check out the search... Theres tons of info on boost leaks there, including how to build a boost leak tester if you are completely stumped. If you dont like to mess with diagnosing or arent mechanicaly inclined, take it to a pro (who isnt the dealer.) Find a local euro shop that specializes in VW/Audi/Volvo. You can also get your ecu scanned for free at autozone if you have one nearby.. It may have a fault code stored that points to the specific problem, or not.
