ok guys, problem found. I have a "ant" yes ant size in my engine block. Its exrtremely small.I know theres something i can use to seal it, but i forget what. Any ideas?

 

Sorry man, I've been gone a lot this week. So where exactly is it leaking from? And the overheating, did you do anything with the exhaust?

 

Right underneath the manifold i have a extremely small whole in the block. This is what caused my overheating issues with my first run. I talk to a guy whole rebuilds cars and he is coming tomorrow to plug it with a screw. I am so good at installing/ uninstalling turbos its amazing. Tonite was only the 4th time i took it out after not finding the leak.[>:]

 

Dude, you have more patience than I do. I's seen enough after once! Did you end up doing it all from the top, or did you take the compressor out?

 

Yeah, All from the top. Tomorrow afters its fix i have to put back in the turbo and it will be back on the road in an hr i hope.

 

Oh, btw doose. Im thinking making a new oil return line. One that doesnt have hex bolts on the end and is completly flexible. Maybe you and I should make something up and sell it. If people know how much of PITA they would buy and we would have a nice cash flow. lol

 

How did you get this hole in your block?

 

Yeah, just found out this morning. Blown headgasket i hate my car. danm coolant line blew and fried my engine.
