i managed to pick up my 99.5 1.8t qm (no sport pkg) with 93k miles for $7,000 from a lexus dealer. i believe the kbb value is around 12.

look up the specs on the car at kbb.com, that would probably be one of the better places to get an idea on the price range for the car.
