Default Grinding the Fender!!!!

anyone know what the most effective tool I can use to cut the metal so I can put in a One-Piece headlight in place of my current Two-Piece? Would a dremel work or would I need something stronger????

Yeah, I'll try the dremel. It doesn't seem too hard. My biggest concern is not grinding the metal, but re-wiring the new headlights.

Don't worry, wiring the headlights is fairly easy. Did you get the rewiring kit?

a dremmel will take a while. i used a zawzall. your best friend will be an angle grinder though because the original cut wont be perfect and it will take some patients to get it to fit perfect.

When I purchase my projectors, is it a good idea to re-seal the seams with a sealant to help prevent any possible leakage??????????

yes, that is the only wiring you will need. no, you dont have to reseal your nwe headlights, but it might be a good idea if you get the cheap ebay ones. i used a dremel and it took maybe 15 minutes for both sides.
