Ok Guys, im back....
I just did the test of turning the wheels all the way to the sides and holding it there... while i was doing that, i checked under the car for leaks, and was leaking!!!
I took some pics, I cleaned the hose after the first leak, did it again and it was stained from the red marks I made on the pic...
Just one thing thou, arent those hoses connected to the radiator???? could it explain the sudden burst of oil?

definitely a PS hose and check your rack to see if there is a leak. PS racks are pretty common problems. I had mine replaced at 60,000. Car came back with two dings in the door, but thats a different story. And if you have different fluid than the mineral based fluid from factory, then chances are the rack was already replaced. My audi came with the CLEAR mineral fluid. Hope this helps.
Cant get pic any further from original, car is not lifted...
thanks for the info 00A41.8Quattro,
And also thanks to everyone who helped with their info, at this point I know its a bad hose, so I will look for the nearest european car shop to have them fix it....
I will for sure post the final answer on what was wrong... just so we have more info..
Thanks!!!
