Hey everyone,
I have a 99' A4 2.8 Quattro and Iv'e looked eveywhere for headers for my car and nothing is coming up. Any suggestions? Thanks

 

Forget the headers and bolt a supercharger on that bad boy.

 

supersprint makes the only set of headers for the 2.8.. they are like $1200 bucks and you have to remove the engine to install them..

if you were to supercharge your 2.8 then these would definately help, since the stock headers are the bottleneck of the 2.8's exhaust.. but might as well upgrade to a S4. much cheaper and lots more power possibilities

 

ya man the headers arent worth it on our rides... unless they gave a dyno proven 30hp i wouldnt even look at them..

but maybe... lol...

 

the thing is. without the headers you're never going tosee/feel any gain with exhaust workon the 2.8s.. it is the bottleneck of the system and will always be.. if you threw on a supercharger dyno'd. then put theheaders and magnaflow muffler on, i bet you would see a signifigant increase in power/torque..

but, it'll never compare tomy BT1.8t

o man i cant wait to supercharge my car... than all the garbage everyone has talked about me owning a 2.8 will be laid to rest, lol.... im counting down the days...

and the headers and exhaust would be a bomb idea, ONLY if i had the supercharger already... im getting too excited thinking about it
