I have an A4 99.5. im looking on ebay for those HALO projector headlights. Some say fits 96-99 and some say fits 99-01. Since i have the 99.5 and the headlights have changed from 2 peice to 1 peice i wanna no if the earlier B5 headlights will fit. The reason is because only 1 company on ebay sells them for the 99-01 and they are $200 Shipped. the earlier B5 has them for $125. I want to know if the earlier model headlights will fit my 99.5 and if so will it look the same or look half *** ghetto lol.

I had a good look at those pictures and the only thing that stood out was the top lugs for bolting them onto the car other than anyelectrical gadgets they look the same and could be fitted with a few adjustments

 

Don't be cheap, do a clear corner mod or get ecodes. To answer your question, yes they all should fit...SHOULD. Just remember you get what you pay for. Not a fan of angel eyes (they belong on bimmers) but thats my opinion.

 

yea ill see maybe your right but the Wiring Harness for the 96-99 models and the 99.5-01 models are the harness dif?

 

The connectors are different.
