Default headlight washer cap

hey guys.... i guess when it rains it pours...

so i take my car to a car wash like an idiot and pay the price... the passenger side headlight washer cap popped off and i cant seem to get it to snap back on... i added a pic to this post, am i missing a peice or something? is there a trick to putting it back on to the bumper...

the shitty part is that i dont even use the washers, my headlight washer pump was broken, so i had the line tied, so there is no fluid goin to the washers anyways... i just wanna have them sit there and not work, just dont want the hole in the bumper... what should i do???

thanks

cheers

I had to make my headlight washers not work as well my jet froze and cracked. I just used that 2 sided tape they hold body kits on with and put like 2 peice on the underside of the cap it works fine and still sits pretty flush
