Default Heated Seats

For some reason the passenger side heated seat doesnt work... my girlfriend sits in it and says when the switch is on 1..2..3..4..5..6... it doesnt do anything. i checked the fuses and they are all good and mine works. think mab the harness or switch is disconnected ? or could it be that the heater is broken...

A thread within the past couple of months threw out a possibility that too many knees into the seat might have broken the wire/coil or whatever is under there. Not sure how accurate that is.
