Hey guys, last night it was starting to rain so I ran outside and started the car up(99.5 a4 manual ft)I didnt let it warm up and pulled it about 10 feet into my carport, this morning I headed out to go to work and it wont start.. it cranks and cranks but just wont fire.. any ideas? The battery light on the dash blinks while it is trying to turn over..

Any ideas would be appreciated

Have you try to put it in a gear and pop start?

Yeah, try that....it should work.

Another thing to try is to (don't recommend unless last resort) spray something with a hydrocarbon base into your engine then try to crank it....i.e. carb cleaner, brake cleaner....etc.

Or ether.

Either no spark, or no fuel.

If you spray ether in the throttle body, hook it up and it starts, then you have spark, but no fuel.

could be bad fuel pump, or bad temp sensor.
