Well balkranjit, im sure if your running halogen (not zenon) lamps its most likely the low beams are burnt out. Take out both of the low beams and look for a break in the filament.

 

Having the same exact problem, don't think its a bad bulb. The left side one was just replaced a few months ago. Not to mention, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Have read elsewhere it could be the headlight switch but all the other accs on the switch work
