help!! Lights on the headliner not working

Default help!! Lights on the headliner not working

im having trouble with the lights inside my car... the ones in the front and the rear pf the head liner (or however their called) i checked the fusses and their good... any ideas of why they dont work???

Do you have access to a volt meter? First check for power at the bulb, if thats good check the volt drop accross both terminals to check the ground. (If you see 12.0V's or more accross the terminals that means the ground is good) If all checks out replace the bulbs.
Now if you have no voltage then go over all your fuses again.

i dont but i think my uncle has 1... im going to try that thanks... btw what if is not the fuces??

Did you check the switches? Next to each light is a little slider switch that can select between Always On, Auto On, and Always Off. Maybe those are set to Always Off? I had the same deal when I first got my A4, and that turned out to be the case.
