Help! My Car wont start

this problem occurred once yesterday and once today. when i would start it it would turn over, then immediatly die. i dont think its bad gas, any ideas? is my 96 a4 a pile of trash?

check for vac leaks, maybe some bad gas, try injector cleaner or something or go get a scaner and see what codes shes throwin
