WHy is the tip of it so white and the base is so black? Too rich? Could that cause the prob I am describing?

it could... the main feature of limp mode is running the car rich... which would lead things to your maf or first 02 sensor

well, checked the codes, only an evap leak detected that I have had since I owned the car......hmmmmm

Alright, checked the tps sensor, it is fine, along with another sensor on the tb. Neither are the problem. So now I think that I am pretty much f***ed bc I don't have any other ideas.

Alright, I have finally gotten a cel that actually helps me.......
P0134.....
O2 sensor CKT
No Activity
(Bank 1 Sensor 1)

I believe this means that I need a new o2, but if anyone has any input, please let me know.
