Anyone? I'm trying to get my car home today but do not want to damage the car anymore by driving without an operable maf sensor.

you can drive it with the maf disconnected only difference you will see is poor fuel consumption and lack of performance but it should be ok as long as you dont race it

switching out the N75 is hella easy, threw me for a loof for a sec though when I first looked at it my J valve to my factory N75 and realised the the pices on it were different size IE the short side and long side were swapped but hooked it up and my ko4 whistled like a superduty + noticeable extra hp. I hope you get i figured out soon bro I took my N75J off once and reverted it to stock and immediately noticed the negative difference.
