Yeah my dad got his 2002 with 70 000 km on it which is like 43400 miles... and he paid 26000 CDN, its silver, 5 spd, fully loaded with xenons and sport pkg, and it had just had the chip upgrade done. So yes, 24K USD seems very high... I think sport pkg and xenons are the 2 big options... there might be other big ones to look for.
