Okay, i'm bringing this thread back to life...but if you read this...i totally know what you're feeling..being a girl and buying your first used car..i'm trying to find a used '02 a4 myself...but just from personal experience..my last car i bought was a bmw '04 325ci and i was unsure about the pricing myself..but what everyone said is soo true...be prepared to walk away...it took me 2 friggin' months to find that certified used car for a good price and with all the options i wanted...til i crashed it a month ago..so here i am! but anyways, i just did HELLA research on the pricing around my area...but IMO, don't be swayed by how much other people paid for their cars..you have to look in the area that you live in if you want to compare apples to apples...i paid a lot more for my car than other people did..but it's like i live in the bay area where everything is friggin more expensive...don't compare how much you want to pay to someone who lives in another state cause pricing will always be different...yeah so just do a lot of research because it's a lot of money to drop on a car...so just see what people are asking for in your area..or talk to other people in your area to see how much they paid for a similar car...but yeah just DO NOT get attached because you will always find another one that you will want just as much...good luck!

i've been reading some of the threads and i dont know why nobody likes the B6! IMO i think it looks soo much better than the B5! [8D] but, i don't wanna hijack this girl's thread..i'll start my own about that later
