Default Help with Stereo

Hi everyone,

My 20 months old daughter decided to start saving money by inserting a 10p. coin into the CD slot ofthe Concert Stereo in my 2007 Audi A4 S-line. This has immedieatelydisabled the CD playerfrom receiving thediscs as well as intermittently affecting the radio signal.

Sadly, after visiting the local dealer I leraned that the only option I have is to purchase a new Concert Stereo at £670.00. Appareantly, the coin jumping up and down the mother board has likely caused a permanent damage so exchange was not an option - only a brand new unit replacement.

So, today I took the stereo out and managed to get the coin out hoping this might get it to work properly again. Sadly again, the coinindeed seem to havecaused a permanent damage as the unit still malfunctions.

I wonder if you guys know if I can purchase a new/used Concert Stereo (Blaupunkt- Madein Portugal) from somewhere apart from eBay?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a good reason do get an aftermarket double-din stereo w/touch screen controls.

+1 for that kind of $ I would be getting an aftermarket unit with nav. At least with that your daughter wont be so inclined to use your radio as her piggy bank.
