So I just replaced a coilpack and pulled these codes. The new CP stopped the misfiring , but the car is still in limp. It's an 03 with APR1+

4 Faults Found:
17887 - Brake Boost Vacuum System: Mechanical Failure
P1479 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
17536 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded
16687 - Cylinder 3: Misfire Detected
P0303 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded

Block 32 says 19.7% in the second field if that helps

A vac leak will cause those codes, im pretty sure.
