If I'm not mistaken, aren't the front diff and the tranny drained from the same location?

Wait a minute, are you sure it's the transmission fluid? I have the same care and you ened a special bit to take out teh drain plug. If you didnt' buy a special bit for your socket wrench, taht wasn't transmission fluid. You better take a picture of where you drained and post it.

ok everyone...it turned out to be the tranny oil. i had to go the dealer and buy the fluid wich was 17.99 a quart. It ended up taking 4 quarts. it was def a good experience. if anyone is interested in changing their tranny fluid i recommend it. its easy to do. the stealership tried telling me that the only way it could be done was at the dealer because i needed special tools.BULLSHIT....only thing i needed from them was the tranny fluid, the rest i bought at autozone. well thanx for those who helped me through my little scare. Any questions write me back.
