well i finally got some hid and ive never installed them before. my question is i was reading in another thread that these will melt ur headlights if not made for them. now i have the one piece headlights from an 01 now will those projectors stand up to the hids. thanks alot guys

 

OE housings can handle HID because the halogen housings and the HID housings are made of the same stuff...you might have a problem running the higher temp xenons with cheapo ebay housings though.

 

i have the oem housings and the guys at audizine helped me on the question. thx
