Hi all. I have a used 07 A4 Cabriolet I bought used about a year ago.

My kid was driving it the other day and after she'd been home a while, a loud beeping started coming from behind the rear seat. I took it out for a test drive and it drives fine. I D/C'd the battery and then hooked it back up. The beeping is gone. But the key fob will not lock or unlock the doors and the windows will not roll down (either with the buttons or the key in the door).

Not sure what the deal is. I tried resetting the key fob per the owner's manual but that didn't work.
