Kind of like this but much smoother scoops (more like tear drops) and the hood looked oem not all the raised parts.

Dont know about that one my friend had a hood like that minus the scoops on his rsx and another friend on an integra. VIS makes a lot more japanese style products. I would not have been as bad for me if I had not seen it on the acuras.

I plan on just cutting 3 lines in the stock hood and welding in a bit of sheet metal to make a quick and dirty inverted hood scoop just above and in front of the airfilter...

I was talking to a friend of mine about it and he was able to get a prett cool curved shape and all on just a plain sheet of metal, and he seems confident that he can do it on the actual hood. Most likely won't be done till next summer, though, so i can't really report on how it looks or how easy it was until then.

You'll have to let us know how it goes. The VIS hood i'm not very impressed with, i do kinda like the intakes, although they aren't goign to do what i'm looking for, but i don't like the raised center section of the hood. looks like it's off an old firebird or something.

The saibon i really like alot, this would be perfict, BUT......... there isn't one for the B6...... bastards. so the search goes on, still haven't gotten around to the body shop to see what they have to say but i don't think it's going to be cheap.

He wants scoops not to have scoops but to bring more cold air to his intake. I would imagine vent like a scoop would also vent hot enginge bay air
