i have a 1998 2.8 and i need to run a power cable to the trunk for a sub and amp but i cant seem to find a hole in the firewall to run it through. someone suggest on how to do it or let me know how they did theirs.

there a grommet to the left of the power brake booster that works well

 

Yeah, there should be a small hole near the bottom driver side that you can get it through?

 

yep ECU box gets your right in

 

there are pultiple rubber groppet plugs. all over from the left to right. just punch a hole in one and vwala!
