Snow near firewall
I was examaning my engine as I know hardly nothing about cars. But I noticed there is snow/ice build up by the firewall where I was able to get to get power lines to my subwoofers from. Is this a potential problem for when it melts? I was assuming so, so I attempted to get some of it out. What I did was crunch it up and get some of it out. Then I found that the ice chunk was larger than I thought. I am going to attemot to get the rest out if anybody has an inginuitive (spell check)technique to get it out. I assume that when it melts, it will enter my vehicle as the path of the power line for my subwoofer. But will that water mess up anything on the path as it melts, ie electronics, important wires, etc? Thanks!

RE: Snow near firewall
thats where the water gets detoured from when it goes between the hood and windsheild. Your power cord will be fine if the cover on it is solid with to cuts/tears and the water doesnt get to the power supply or bare wires
