Default How long can it last??

Ok, so i drive a honda prelude now and i wanna new car im looking at the B5 A4 1.8T ive been ghosting this site for a couple days now just watching and so far liking what im seeing. So here is my question, im looking at a B5 with 97k miles on it certified and kept up to date the dealer wants 7k for it seems to be in excellent condition and i might go test drive it later this week. Do you guys think this is a good price and how much longer do you think it will last? i need a new car cause i just cant keep letting my P.O.S prelude nickel and diming me to death.

Thanks for any help.

EDIT: it has 93k miles and here is the link for the car

A4

sounds like a good deal ... and i wouldn't expect it to hang around for long. i've heard of higher priced deals so i think you're in pretty good shape.

Yeah that's a nice looking car and for a sweet price. I'd still haggle it down some. PRELUDE! Tell me about your prelude, that was my old car too heh.

HAHA yes its a 1992 honda prelude a 4th gen. Im A member pf the maryland prelude club i love the car so much but its got over 200k miles on the body 15k on the engine its a Si 4ws rare a$$ model but its killing me with money cause prelude parts are so expensive so im looking into the A4 1.8T my prelude now is running 15flat with v2 intake lowered motor mounts 2.5piping stock muffler and dc headers but it time for something new and nice

Everyone thanks for your suggestions i might go test drive it this weekend.

Front drive, though...still, it looks like a deal. Don't expect it to be fast, though.
