So I have been having a nasty misfire problem. P300,p301,p302,p303. I replaced the coils, plugs, oil change. Seafoamed. Cleaned the MAF sensor. They all helped in a way but did not get rid of it completely.

Upon further investigation the previous owner admitted to only driving with regular gasoline for the two months leading up to him selling it.

My question is what would be damage by him doing this? The fuel injectors I'm assuming. Would treating the system with a bottle of Techron and using the highest octane gas correct this or is the damage permanent?
