i have H&R A4 coilovers and they are great. get some sticky tires on there and take corners like none other

depends on how stiff your springs are..

shocks and springs are not adjustable but coil overs are

Thats one of the reasons I'm getting coilovers, in the winter it"ll be raised back to stock height. Plus coilovers handle way better than springs.
