Default How much should I pay for a timing belt change?

I'm too nervous to change the timing belt myself, so I'm going to have my mechanic do it. I trust him, but I want to make sure I'm getting a good deal. The car is a 2000 A4 2.8 Quattro. I live about 1 1/2 hours south of Chicago. Oh, and what all should I change? I need a list to make sure I get it all.

Thanks,

Mike

P.S. Sorry about the lousy typing skills, I have a broken hand

I'm not too sure yet. He is so usy He hasnt gotten around to quoting me a price. I only have 93000 miles anyway. Just thinking ahead. On the other hand I put 2500 miles on my car a month.
